Since 1986 North Idaho Medical Care Center has been providing medical care to the residents of North Idaho.

We offer high quality, convenient and personalized medical care when you need it, where you need it, and at a reasonable cost to you.

Equipped with x-ray, lab and pharmacies, we have streamlined our operations to provide prompt and thorough care of infections, fevers, flu, cuts, sprains, fractures and more.

NIMCC was started by Jack T. Riggs, M.D.as North Idaho Immediate Care Center, offering Immediate Care and Worker Care services.

In 1996, we expanded our services to include Family Care, and in 2004 we added Sports Care. We now offer all four distinctive pathways of medical care.

Today, North Idaho MEDICAL Care Center, PLLC, is a professional medical group owned by local physicians.

Designed for patient convenience in an efficient and patient-friendly environment. No appointment is ever needed in immediate care, because it is designed to accommodate the needs of patients, with extended hours, seven days a week. immediate careis offered at all of our locations.

WORKER CARE

Our personal and comprehensive worker care program, also known as industrial care or occupational medicine, provides over 1,500 North Idaho employers with quality care, all in one system.

FAMILY CARE

Our family care physicians are all board certified in family practice and provide traditional family medical care services by appointment. Our physicians are available to care for your entire family's medical needs and are now accepting new patients. Family care is offered at all of our locations.

SPORTS CARE

Dr. Mike Harris, located at our Post Falls Family Care Office, offers sports care services. Dr. Harris has advanced speciality training in Sports Medicine and works closely with local physical therapists and orthopedic surgeons, when necessary, to ensure continuity of care.
